2) Operational performance: After mixing viscosity (cps), operating time 20 ~ 60 minutes, initial curing time 3 ~ 5 h, complete curing time does not exceed 24h;
3) After curing: hardness 25 to 35 (Shore A); thermal conductivity ≥ 0.3 [w (m · k)]; dielectric strength ≥ 20 kV/mm; dielectric constant (1.2 MHz) 3.0 to 3.3; volume resistivity ≥ 1.0×1016Ω·cm; linear expansion coefficient ≤2.2×10-4 m/(m·k); flame retardancy 94-VO.
